To create public awareness of the artistic skills that these artists have developed by overcoming the obstacles of a disability. With over 33 years serving Georgians and Georgia artists with disabilities by providing encouragement and programs; awards competitions; state-wide tours and shows; as well as the opportunity for artists to sell their art.
