The City of Durham’s Cultural and Public Art Program and Parking Services (referred to as “City”) is seeking an Artist (referred to as “Candidate”) with experience in public murals, municipal design, and community-based engagement. The City seeks this Artist to serve the Durham community through arts-based solutions in a one-year pilot residency beginning in late summer 2026 to beautify Durham’s public parking spaces.
