Mustarinda is an art and ecology residency located in an old school building on the edge of the Paljakka old‑growth forest in Hyrynsalmi, Finland. The programme brings together visual artists, writers, musicians, and scientists to explore ecological questions through creative practice. For the 2027 cycle the residency offers a 2–4 week stay during which participants receive housing and meals provided by the Mustarinda Association.
